All our Gelato - Sorbets included, of course, - are free from gluten as all our recipes are really simple and natural and we do not add any unnecessary additives or preservatives. Even our Cookies&Cream is made with GF biscuits, think of that! We leave nothing behind.
Plus, ALL our Sorbets flavors are Vegan Friendly because we use only freshly selected (and seasonal) fruits, water and, well nothing more really!
